Corshares Refund Policy

At CORSHARES, we aim to ensure our customers' satisfaction and confidence in their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.


  1. Eligibility If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are eligible for a refund within 10 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition in which you received them, and in their original packaging.

  2. Refund Process To initiate a refund, please contact us at refunds@corshares.it  Include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Upon receipt of your request, we will review it and guide you through the return process. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility conditions.

  3. Refund Timing Upon approval of your refund, we will process the reimbursement to your original method of payment. Funds will be returned to your bank account within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.

  4. Shipping Costs Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or not as described.
