Polictica de devolucion

At CORSHARES, we value customer satisfaction and understand there may be times when you need to return an item. We have established the following return policy to ensure a positive shopping experience:

      1. Return Period You are entitled to return any product purchased from Corshares within a timeframe of 10 days from the date you receive the product.

      2. Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
      3. Return Process To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@corshares.it with your order number and details of the product you wish to return.

      4. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed.
      5. Non-returnable Items Please note that certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons unless they are defective.

      6. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery.

This return policy is valid as of January 3, 2020. Corshares reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
